What’s on: Arts advice surgeries

Southwark Arts Forum arranges affordable sessions to help artists, art collectives and other creative practioners to grow in their professional development. By arranging individual or small group advice surgeries we can help you focus on the issues that matter to you such as funding, project development, business support or personal development. Our expertise goes across all artistic mediums from visual, audio and performing arts to community projects and commissions.

Previous sessions have, for example, helped the participants to define their project ideas, discussed different funding resources, looked at the latest social media outlets for audience development purposes or simply given guidance on effective CV writing.

The advice sessions are informal and take place during weekdays in the London borough of Southwark.

Prices start from £25 for one-to-one sessions and £10 per person for small group sessions. We also welcome enquiries on tailored advice surgeries for larger groups.
